I've tried a few nail salons in the past, but this one is definitely the best fit for me. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they always do a great job on my nails. The quality is consistently high, and I always leave happy with the results. They're also very flexible when it comes to appointments, which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable nail salon!
Worst nail job and a complete headache. I had a very disappointing experience here. The lady who answered the phone didn’t seem to understand anything and only kept saying “okay, okay.” I booked my appointment for 4 PM, but my nail service took two hours because she stopped working on me to serve another customer who didn’t even have an appointment. The tools were extremely dirty, there were even pieces of a bitten apple left on the table. I asked to check each step to make sure the shape and color were correct, but she kept saying “not finished, not finished.” When we reached the final steps, I simply wanted to confirm the gel and color, but she repeatedly and rudely told me to “put your hand in the UV light.” In the end, the nails were completely unsatisfactory: the gel was flooded around the cuticles, the nails were lifted upward, and the background color looked faded. One of my nails got damaged and became red and irritated. After more than 2 hours of unprofessional behavior, I was exhausted, paid, and left. She clearly saw I was unhappy — I even mentioned it to her. When I didn’t leave a tip, she loudly said, “No tip? No tip?” I paid $70 cash for the worst nail job I’ve ever had. Now I have to go somewhere else to remove and redo everything. I do not recommend this place at all.
They charge like professionals but do work like learners, they do a lot of mistakes and no experience about nail design. Over time work with poor results and mistakes. No care about hygiene protocols. She does cut my two fingers, rubbing them again and again for no reason. They took 4 hours just for nude nail extensions. I complained about that but they didn’t care. They just make nonsense excuses for no reason. They didn’t accept their lack of experience and rough work. Apparently they know they lack professionalism and expertise but they don’t accept that and charge full money with waste of time. REALLY pathetic salon, I am regretting.
Wow! My french manicure looks AMAZING!!! I am a regular customer visiting the salon every 3 to 4 weeks. I usually request a full set 'French manicure' done by my lovely manicurist Cindy. She is very meticulous taking the time to remove the old nail polish and carefully remove all my cuticles in order to prep my nails for the new set. Please note that french manicure is done on my natural nails using Shelac nail polish. The line of white tips is perfect as if it was done with a laser!!! At the end of the treatment, I enjoy a relaxing hand massage with natural oils and moisturizing cream. I love my nails. First time i had my nails done with Acrylic and first time to get done abroad since it is really pricey. Though i waited a lil for my turn, i can say that it is worth the wait. A lil pricey but i really love it! I showed her the style/design i want and she was able to do it nicely. Will defintely recommend and will definitely come back!
